Our Roles

We are always looking for enthusiastic and passionate people for roles in our childcare services.

  • Early Childhood Teacher

    (3 or 4 year Tertiary Qualification)- Lead the planning and delivery of programs to assist children’s learning and help develop their sense of identity, wellbeing, sense of place in the community and communication skills.

  • Cook / Chef

    Prepare nutritional meals for our children and maintain high quality health and hygiene practices. Educate the children on the importance of healthy eating.

  • Educational Leader

    Inspire, motivate, challenge and extend the practice and pedagogy of educators. This role is a collaborative endeavour involving inquiry and reflection.

  • Early Childhood Educator: Room Leader

    Cert III or Diploma qualification) – Support young children’s emotional, social, physical and educational development.

  • Early Childhood Educator: Assistant Educator

    (Cert III or Diploma qualification) – Support young children’s emotional, social, physical and educational development.

  • Centre Director

    Lead the service and be responsible for a centre’s daily operations. Create a safe and supportive environment for children, families and educators. Attract, retain and motivate teams through critical thinking, collaboration and reflection.
