Early Learning and Childcare

Creating skills for life. An inspiring early learning environment tailored to supporting every child to thrive.

Our curriculum

Our early learning centres operate under the National Quality Framework, which aims to raise quality and drive continuous improvement and consistency in children's education and care services. As part of this, we follow the Early Years Learning Framework, Belonging, Being and Becoming. Our kindergarten programs in Victoria follow the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

All of our centres have a dedicated Educational Leader/Assistant Manager to coach, guide and mentor our educators in developing high-quality educational programs and outcomes for children. They all hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher, and work closely with our Management, Quality and Operations teams to develop the best experiences and programs for children.

Child safety is at the heart of everything we do.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards and go above and beyond in safeguarding.

Nursery Long Day Care

Our nursery long day care program provides a safe, nurturing environment for babies from six weeks to two years. Available from early morning until evening, our play-based approach supports each child's individual routine, development and wellbeing.

Toddler Long Day Care

Our toddler long day care program is designed for children aged two to three years, providing engaging, play-based learning from early morning until evening. Through child-led experiences, toddlers build confidence, independence and important social skills in a supportive environment.

Three Year Old Kinder

Led by qualified early childhood teachers, our 3-year-old kindergarten program provides a strong foundation for lifelong learning through play-based experiences that build confidence, curiosity and social skills. Families can choose from integrated kindergarten within long day care at all centres, or sessional kindergarten at selected locations.

Four Year Old Kinder

Our 4-year-old kindergarten program helps prepare children for a confident transition to school through engaging, play-based learning led by qualified teachers. Families can access integrated or sessional kindergarten options, depending on the centre. As part of the Victorian Government's Best Start, Best Life reform, four-year-old kindergarten is gradually transitioning to Pre-Prep, increasing program hours to give children more time to learn, play and thrive.

Yarning circles

Across our early learning centres, children start their day by joining a yarning circle. It's a lovely way for our educators to share what the day will look like, what activities are planned and acknowledge the traditional owners of the land.

Food and nutrition

Our seasonal menus follow the Healthy Eating Advisory Service guidelines and cater for most dietary, allergy, cultural and religious requirements. At selected centres, children can also enjoy hands-on experiences in herb and veggie gardens, helping them learn about healthy eating, sustainability and where food comes from.

Excursions, incursions and special events

We enrich our programs through excursions, incursions and special events that help children explore their community and learn through new experiences. From local outings and wellbeing activities to cultural celebrations, these opportunities broaden children's understanding of the world around them. We also welcome family involvement and encourage families to share celebrations and traditions that can be incorporated into our programs.

Child Care Subsidy

Our programs qualify for the Federal Government's Child Care Subsidy (CCS). CCS helps eligible families access approved and registered child care providers by partially subsidising the cost of daily fees. Visit the Services Australia website to find out more.

Orientation

Our free orientation program helps children and families feel confident before starting care. Through a series of short visits, your child can meet our educators, explore the centre and settle into their new environment, while you share their routines, interests and individual needs to support a smooth transition.
